Opening hours at the office

The office is open 9 am - 12 pm and 14 pm - 17 pm from the 1st of June until the 31st of August

The office is open per agreement the remainder of the year.

Check-in at the hostel can not be done before 12 am on the day of arrival, but it is possible to store your luggage until check-in. At late arrivals there will be put up a note telling which room is available for you.

If not brought yourself, sleeping bags or bed linen can be rented.

It is allowed to enjoy alcohol at the hostel, as long as it does not disturb the other guests

The hostel is a non-smoking area

Out of consideration for the guest at the hostel there has to be quiet from 23 pm until 6 am.

Check-out has to be done before 10 am on the day of departure.

Reservations and cancellations

 

Just after reservation you will receive an invoice. When this is paid the reservation is valid. If you don’t pay before the deadline the reservation will be cancelled.

 

After payment you will still be able to make a cancellation, thought there will be a fee equivalent to the first night in the reservation.

 

In special cases there will be other rules which will be informed at the time of reservation.
